I think they’ve pretty well established that Bo is responsible for the killings- her behavior is erratic and it’s affecting her appetite and her memory because she’s devolving. With the concoction Trick and Lauren brewed, Bo’s behavior will stabilize until she passes her Awakening.

We’ve known since the Norn arc that Fae powers can be transferred; in the last episode, Inari was using her powers again, so either she successfully transferred them back to herself from Kenzi by some unknown method, or Kenzi’s possession of the glamour powers allowed Inari to mimic Kenzi. If Inari were capable of appearing as Bo, or anyone else, why only do so when dumping a body? Why not appear as Bo and push Lauren and Trick away? Inari desperately wanted Bo all to herself- I think if she had been able to impersonate the others, she would have.

I do hope that Kenzi still has Inari’s glamour powers, and that we’ll get to see her using them! That has the potential to be a really awesome story.
